David Unsworth has urged Everton's teenager players to listen to Rafa Benitez as the administrator makes common visits to the club's academy.

Some youngsters posses already got the ensue to impress throughout pre-season, with a amount playing in behind-closed-doors matches at Finch Farm while some were called up to the expedition to the United States last month.
And Unsworth has now revealed that Benitez makes natural trips to the club's academy to attain insight on how the child players are doing, and has offered advice on what they have to make when given their opportunity.
He told : “I’m so delighted Rafa has taken the opportunity to regularly come to the Academy.
“He is interested in who could be moral enough to do that step and who we are looking at for the future. He’s only been here a laconic time, but I’ve already had great conversations with him about the youngster players.
“It’s fantastic for the players, they’ve got a recent executive whose experience is unbelievable. He’s a boon employer and he’s won the top trophies.
“When the young lads are traineeship with the best team, they lack to thrive off that environment. They deprivation to listen and learn from Rafa and his cudgel when they earn that opportunity.”
