Arrizabalaga cost the Blues £72million in 2018 as he signed from Athletic Bilbao.
However, he has faced heavy criticism this season due to a series of blunders, and was dropped by Lampard earlier in the year.
Now, it appears Lampard wants him out, with Oblak and Ter Stegen both touted as potential replacements.
Oblak, considered by a lot of to be the top goalkeeper in the world, stillness has three years remaining on his fashionable deal, meaning he positively won’t come cheap.
